Hongkong express transit import operation flow:

1. Delivery of foreign goods:

1 the consignor delivers the goods to the warehouse of our company in Hongkong. Generally, large goods are transported by sea / air and small goods are sent by express.

2 if the goods arrive at the port of Hongkong by means of freight, the operation shall be as follows:

a） Can let the freight company organize the delivery to the warehouse of our company in Hongkong;

b） We can send our company to the port (sea freight warehouse) / Airport (air freight warehouse) to pick up the goods (the pick up fee is charged according to the pick up fee standard of our company in Hongkong).

3 assuming the express method is used: the express company will deliver the goods directly to the warehouse of our company in Hongkong without any other expenses.

4 the receiving party can fill in the name, contact person and contact telephone number of its own company.If you ask our company to pick up the goods, you should supply: the original or copy of the bill of lading and the power of attorney; if the recipient is our company in Hongkong, you will not use it; if the recipient is our company in Hongkong, you will use the express delivery method, and the recipient is our company in Hong Kong.

2. Delivery of goods in Hongkong:

After the warehousing goods arrive in Hongkong, our company will organize door-to-door pick up and transport the goods to our Hongkong warehouse;

After the declared goods are loaded in Hongkong, the procedures such as declaration, inspection and tax payment will be handled with the entry customs;

After the arrival of goods has completed all customs clearance procedures and arrived at the Shenzhen warehouse of our company, we will inform the customer of the inspection payment;

Delivery our company will deliver the goods to the designated address of the customer after receiving the freight from the customer.
