If it is confirmed that the goods can be transported, the station shall indicate the date when the goods should enter the station and the loading date when the waybill is signed, which means acceptance of consignment. The consignor shall transport the goods to the station or the designated location on the date specified in the visa, and the railway shall check the actual goods according to the records of the goods waybill, and the station shall recognize that the goods comply with the requirements of the international freight Union and the relevant rules and regulations. The whole vehicle goods are generally loaded and the departure station shall stamp the date of carriage on the goods waybill, which means the transportation. The consignor does not need to prepare a monthly and ten day demand plan for the shipment of less than one load of goods. The consignor can apply for the shipment according to the transportation direction to the station. After the station accepts the shipment, the consignor shall move the goods into the freight yard and deliver them to the designated location according to the date specified in the visa. After checking and weighing, they will be delivered to the railway for custody. The goods consigned by the consignor are accepted together with the goods waybill from the station. When the goods waybill is stamped with the date of carriage, the goods property has been carried. The railway shall be responsible for the storage and loading of the goods after transportation.
