Air transport is mainly a special line service of express customs clearance + express delivery.Dedicated line and direct line can provide the first round service of FBA to Europe, the United States, Canada and Japan.Covering the FBA warehouse in the United States, Canada and Japan
Reference time: 7~10 working days in Europe, 6~9 working days in the United States and 3~5 days in Japan
FBA shipping instructions
After the shipment is created, the warehouse is allocated and the following information is used for booking:
1 all final assigned FBA warehouse addresses (including FBA CODE)
2 Cargo Statistics (total units: number of boxes or pallets / total gross weight KG/ total volume CBM/ unit size)
3 confirm the delivery address / delivery time /CONSIGNEE information with customer service (as importer)
The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to the requirements of the company:
·Small cargo: SKU bar code shall be pasted;
·Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation, it is recommended that the outer carton be labelled on all sides and covered with transparent tape;
·Card: European Union standard (European standard card /4way, length 1.2M * width 0.8M* height 1.6M)
·British Standard (European standard card board /4way, length 1.2M * width 0.8M * height 1.7M)
·American Standard (American standard card board /4way, length 1.2M * width 1M* height 1.8M)
·If the cargo is more than half pallet volume, pallet is required.
What information and documents need to be provided for FBA shipment
Express delivery channel:
The original commercial invoice of type 1 and 3 cents shall be provided along with the goods;
In addition, we need to provide an electronic commercial invoice to our company;
Sea / air transportation:
·In case of no customs declaration documents: only the electronic packing list / invoice (please refer to the Shipment Help Center - data download) in Chinese and English shall be provided, which shall be marked with: shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID
·If there are customs declaration documents, the following set of customs declaration information shall be provided:
·Sales contract (one copy, sealed, Chinese)
·Copy of business license (one copy with official seal)
·Packing list (one copy, sealed, Chinese)
·Invoice (one copy, sealed, Chinese)
·Customs declaration form (one copy, sealed, Chinese)
·Original customs declaration power of attorney (red, yellow and blue in triplicate, all sealed with official seal)
·Power of attorney for deposit and withdrawal (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
·Brand declaration (one copy, sealed, Chinese)
·Copy of customs declaration registration certificate of the consignor and consignee of import and export goods (one copy, with official seal)

Instructions for delivery
The delivery driver does not pack and unload the goods, please explain in advance if loading and unloading is required;
Please fill in and seal the cabin paper / brand declaration / letter of entrustment for storage and withdrawal (self owned documents are required for customs declaration and attached with documents) in advance, and deliver it to the driver after loading.
Confirmation from importer in destination country
Please confirm in advance whether there is an importer in the destination country or pay the VAT with a fixed tax number (VAT refund is required).
The information of importer or fixed tax number must be shown on the packing list / invoice / bill of lading and cannot be changed after the import declaration
